Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades travels to Brussels Sunday to attend the special meeting of the European Council, to take place 24-25 May.

A press release by the Presidency says that the EUCO will discuss the state of play of the coordination of the EU`s response to Covid-19, climate change, external relations with Russia, the situation in the Middle East and EU-UK relations.

Government Spokesman Kyriacos Koushos will be accompanying the president to Brussels.
