Fashion icon and pop star Rihanna has been living it up in some of the most luxurious mansions out there.

The Savage X Fenty creator knows a thing or two about real estate – since her first purchase at the age of 21, she’s been thriving in the world of upmarket properties, and has exclusive, multi-million-dollar homes based in Los Angeles, New York, London and Barbados.

True to her roots, the star purchased a condo complex villa along the Barbados beachfront for all of her friends and family to enjoy – as well as a five-bedroom home for her mother, too.

RiRi also lives the millionaire lifestyle in her glamorous LA abodes and NYC lofts – though one that has had to come at a price. After earlier breaches in security, Rihanna’s luxe properties now include secure gates and panic rooms for additional safety and privacy.

The star has also made some expert flips and re-sales, buying properties in LA’s Beverly Hills area and reselling them less than a year later. Most recently, Rihanna picked up two adjoining properties making up 11,000 square feet of living space over an acre of land, with fans staying tuned to discover her plans for the idyllic location.
