Minister of Transport Yiannis Karousos on Moday will inspect the completion of the repair works on a segment the old Paphos-Limassol road, near popular tourist destination Aphrodite’s Rock (Petra tou Romiou).
The ongoing works aim to stabilize erosion of the embankment though two sets of retaining walls and by other means, such as, rainwater management and subsoil remediation.
The total cost of the project is expected to approach €800,000.
