Want cash? Stop by the kiosk.

Cashback Hellenic Bank
The basket will compare prices in supermarkets

Did you know that while buying a coffee from the local kiosk, or doing your weekly shopping at the supermarket, you can make a cash withdrawal of up to €100 from the store’s till? It’s easy, fast and free.

Using Hellenic Bank cards, you no longer need to visit an ATM to withdraw cash – instead, you can get up to €100 in cashback at more than 350 vendor locations across Cyprus. Take a look at the locations, and find those nearest you, here.

Hellenic has been offering its CashBack-Native service since 2020 – making life easier for customers. Get cashbacks using your debit card for purchases without a minimum charge. And efforts are under way to increase the number of locations well beyond the current 350.

Participating in the cashback service are several bakeries, kiosks, gas stations, supermarkets, butcher’s shops and department stores, all of which now operate as ATMs. Once you complete your purchase – which could be as simple as a bottle of water – you can ask for up to €100 in cash back at the till, at no charge. It’s fast, easy, and you get to combine your shopping with cash withdrawals – all without hassle and making unnecessary trips.

The service is part of the drive to modernise Hellenic’s network of bank branches. Cashback is available at more than 350 locations across Cyprus, including in remote areas and villages.

Description of the process:

  1. Pay for your purchase, ask for the amount you need up to €100, and enter your PIN.
  2. The amount is charged to your card, and you receive the cash you asked for from the store’s till.

This cashback service is available only when presenting your debit card (Visa or Mastercard), and not through ApplePay/HellenicBankWallet.

The service is activated by the vendor/business itself, after contacting the terminal’s provider and enquiring about the ability to withdraw cash.

So, forget the hassle – just use Hellenic’s cashback service today at over 350 locations. You can view those locations here.
