Cyprus’ 24-year-old Victoras Pentaras came in seventh place in the T37 Long Jump at the Paralympic Games in Paris on Tuesday.
Nine athletes were competing, with Pentaras taking seventh place in his first appearance at the 2024 Paralympic Games.
He reached a distance of 5.88m, while Argentinian Brian Lionel Impellizzeri who came in first place reached a distance of 6.42m.
Pentaras’ first attempt put him in third place but he did not manage to keep up.
