High Commissioner of India to Cyprus Shri Manish visited the Cyprus Ports Authority (CPA) headquarters in Nicosia this week.

The visit, which took place on Wednesday, sought to explore investment and development opportunities of interest to Indian firms and joint ventures.

Additionally, the High Commissioner was briefed on various aspects of the CPA’s operations.

This briefing took place at the CPA offices, where he engaged in discussions with Zenonas Apostolou, chairman of the board of directors, and Anthimos Christodoulides, general director, about the authority’s development plans.

A statement released by the authority noted that the High Commissioner was joined by Subhash Jangala, the First Secretary (Economic Affairs).

Finally, Manish informed about the various roles undertaken by the CPA, with the chairman and general director explaining the operational, regulatory, and supervisory responsibilities of the authority.
