The Cyprus Land Development Corporation (Koag) is moving ahead with the “Adonis III” affordable housing project in Polemidia following the signing of contracts on Friday with construction firm A. Aristotelou Construction Ltd.
In a statement, the organisation said the project, to be built on Kantara street, will comprise 29 semi-detached three-bedroom homes, forming a comprehensive residential proposal that “combines comfort, modern architecture and functionality within a developing urban area.”
Prices are expected to be announced around May, when the application process for interested buyers will also open.
Koag noted that the design followed an architectural competition, resulting in a development characterised by clean lines, a contemporary aesthetic and a distinct identity.
The project will incorporate all necessary infrastructure and technical specifications to ensure a comfortable, functional and safe living environment.
It will also feature modern energy solutions aimed at reducing both environmental impact and living costs.
These include the installation of photovoltaic systems, energy efficiency class A certification, as well as the use of thermal insulation materials and external insulation systems, creating an energy-efficient housing complex.
