Police announced that accumulation of water at various points on the Larnaca to Nicosia highway, in both directions, especially in the Lympia area has been seen, with the result that there is a risk of slipping.

The rest of the road network does not have any serious problems, however due to the rainy weather conditions prevailing, the roads may be slippery, police said.

Motorists are encouraged to drive at a safe, low speed and to maintain a safe distance from oncoming vehicles.
