In this video, English food writer and TV cook Nigella Lawson deconstructs her luscious lemon pavlova for us, just in time to offer up a worthy weekend project.
The pavlova – or ‘pav’ as it is affectionately known in Australia and New Zealand – is a dessert featuring a meringue base, topped with fresh cream and fruit. In Nigella’s variation, lemon is the key ingredient, leading to a light, tangy and delectable sweet indulgence – just the thing as the warmer weather creeps in.
