Wrike, Nicosia City Centre hold twin inaugural celebration

US work management platform Wrike, marked the expansion of its operations into the capital by holding a celebration at its new Nicosia City Centre offices. Also officially inaugurated the same evening was the green new business hub itself, leaving a dazzling impression.

In the presence of many distinguished guests, Deputy Government Spokesperson Niovi Parisinou, opened the event, looking forward to a positive future for the Cyprus economy.

In his own address, Wrike CFO Thomas Scott, who came to Cyprus especially for the evening, presented Wrike as an online platform that, with its various tools, supports optimal organisational efficiency of the office and beyond.

The Nicosia City Centre, which hosts Wrike on three floors, is located in the heart of the capital, on the corner of Kallipoleos Avenue and National Guard. With an area of 12,000 squ.m., it offers retail space on its ground floor, where restaurants and cafés will be located, with upper floors earmarked for offices.

Later at the inauguration ceremony, in the presence of other business executives, co-owner of the project Polys Kourousides noted that the Nicosia City Centre had been recognised as “Best Mixed Used Development” at the 2022 and 2023 European Property Awards, and will represent Europe at a global competition to be held in February in London, aiming to win best building in its category worldwide.

The project was built by PCMK (Holdings) Ltd, with Polys Kourousides & Associates LLC and House of Investments as main contributors. Project architect is acclaimed firm BENOY, in collaboration with UDS and Vafeades & Vafeades, while main contractor for the project was Depcon Constructions.
