Where do you live?
I live in Nicosia with my husband and son.
What did you have for breakfast?
I enjoy breakfast very much so I try to eat different foods every morning, like oats with nuts, or toast with almond butter and my mom’s marmalade, or croutons with cheese.
Describe your perfect day
My perfect day is to go for a long walk along the Pediaios linear park with no worries about the time and then for a long coffee with my bestie.
Best book ever read?
I love reading books that have to do with how our body and brain work. My favourite book is The Secret Life of The Soul by Keith Miller. It helped me to better understand how I harm my body and how can I help it by giving my brain the correct instructions!
Best childhood memory?
My favourite child memory is eating ice cream on a Larnaca beach, with my hands wet from the sea and the cone wet and salty.
What is always in your fridge?
There is always yoghurt and Cyprus sweets.
What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I’ve loved Julio Iglesias since I was a young girl. His music always relaxes me and helps me bear the traffic.
What’s your spirit animal?
My spirit animal is the tiger… It is a big cat, beautiful and independent.
What are you most proud of?
I’m proud of all the obstacles I faced in my life and the way I have overcome them.
What movie scene has really stayed with you?
I don’t have favourite scene from a movie but I have lots of favourite scenes from the series Friends, especially when Monica loves cleaning, which reminds me of myself.
If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
I would like to meet Hippocrates, the father of medicine, and discuss with him everything about his practice and his theory on the human body as well as life.
If you could time travel when/where would you go?
I’m a huge fan of 20s and 30s fashion so I would love to see life during that time in the English countryside in a beautiful cottage.
What is your greatest fear?
I never talk about my fears.
What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
Don’t rush, believe in yourself and continue learning.
Name the one thing that would stop you dating someone.
I don’t like rude people, I Iove kindness and politeness.
If the world is ending in 24 hours, what would you do?
I will try to spend my time with my family eating our favourite food and sweets and going through old photos of us when we were happy.
