A road collision early Tuesday morning caused long delays on the Nicosia-Limassol motorway, as rush hour traffic built up near the GSP stadium.

The crash happened at around 6.30am, heading towards Nicosia. Police confirmed that the incident resulted in property damage only, with no injuries reported.

Recovery crews were sent to the scene to remove the vehicles involved and clear the road. The exact number of cars in the collision was not disclosed.

Traffic in the area became heavy soon after, with long queues stretching along the motorway.

Police are urging drivers to remain cautious and patient while traffic returns to normal.
