The leader of Britain’s right-wing Reform UK party, Nigel Farage, called the arrival of illegal migrants on small boats an “invasion” and said they represented a threat to national security, at a speech on Tuesday.

Reform has topped recent surveys of voting intentions in Britain but currently has just four lawmakers in the country’s 650-member House of Commons.
