Road access to the arrivals at Larnaca airport will be reopened to the public on Friday, the justice ministry announced on Thursday.

The decision was taken on the initiative of Justice Minister Costas Fitiris following a recent meeting held to address congestion at the airport.

The ministry described the reopening as a result of a close cooperation between the police, the department of public works and Hermes airports.
