Police booked 89 individuals and three businesses for violations of Covid measures in the last 24 hours, during a total of 7.971 checks.

The three establishments were two kiosks, one in Paphos and one in Larnaca, and a golf retreat in Paphos where 28 people were together.

According to police, some people were playing golf, some not and there were some who were not wearing a face mask. The fine was 8,000 euros.
