Apple is expanding its relationship with Hollywood actor Tom Holland, with the tech giant and streamer tapping the star to topline ‘The Crowded Room’ – a 10-episode, straight-to-series anthology from writer Akiva Goldsman.

The series will explore the true and inspirational stories of those who struggled and learned to successfully live with mental illness.

The first season of the anthology will be based on the Daniel Keyes biography, ‘The Minds of Billy Milligan’. Holland will star as Milligan, who was the first person ever acquitted of a crime because of Multiple Personality Disorder (now known as Dissociative Identity Disorder).
