Paphos police are investigating after a 31-year-old woman reported she lost €3,500 from her bank account.

According to the complainant, the amount was withdrawn from her online bank account which was hacked, she told police, on Friday.

Then, the woman contacted her bank and closed the specific account.

The case is being investigated by Paphos CID and the cybercrime department.
