In an era where excellence and a people-centric philosophy define an organisation’s path, Hermes Airports once again proves that its strength lies in its people. With a deep belief in continuous development and guided by a culture of cooperation, trust, and innovation, Hermes Airports reaches the top once more with the international Overseas Employer of the Year 2025 award from Investors in People.

The Investors in People awards ceremony took place on 12 November in London, attended by more than 800 people from various sectors and participants from 17 countries. It is worth noting that Hermes Airports has held the Platinum accreditation for its people practices since 2019, and since 2024, the Platinum Wellbeing accreditation.

This important recognition places Hermes Airports among the leading employers not only in Cyprus but also internationally, confirming the high standards under which it operates and highlighting its commitment to the continuous development and advancement of its people.

The Investors in People accreditation provides an important framework that encourages organisations to adopt best practices in managing and developing their people. At the same time, it reflects modern workplace trends and the structures required to achieve high performance in every business sector.

Receiving the award, Hermes Airports’ Director of Human Resources & Executive Coach, Natasa Iacovides, stated: “Staying true to our motto, ‘An organisation is only as strong as its people’, we reaffirm in practice, that our people are behind every success we achieve. Their dedication, energy, and collective strength form the cornerstone of our journey and inspire us to continuously evolve, setting new goals and maintaining a healthy work environment. With a steady eye on the future, we continue on the path of excellence we have charted, strengthening our culture and investing even more in our people.”
