Eurobank S.A. spent almost €5.88m repurchasing more than 1.3m of its own shares on Euronext Athens between August 17, 2026 and August 21, 2026.

The lender announced the acquisition on Monday, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting on April 28, 2026.

Framework for the buyback was formally established in accordance with the relevant article of the applicable law and subsequently endorsed by a board of directors resolution passed on April 29, 2026.

The share buyback scheme was originally launched following a public announcement made on June 10, 2026.

Throughout the five-day trading window, Eurobank acquired a total of 1,312,998 own shares at a overall cost of €5,882,204.05.

The daily transactions were executed on Euronext Athens through Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A.

On August 17, 2026, the bank purchased 257,693 shares worth €1,158,368.65, with an average price of €4.4951 per share after touching a highest price of €4.5180 and a lowest price of €4.4510.

A further 271,616 shares were repurchased on August 18, 2026, at an average price of €4.4929, representing a total value of €1,220,347.48 following price movements between €4.4610 and €4.5340.

The largest daily volume occurred on August 19, 2026, when 323,887 shares were bought for €1,435,998.84 at an average price of €4.4336, with market prices swinging from €4.4080 to €4.4670.

Trading on August 20, 2026, saw the acquisition of 237,344 shares valued at €1,059,652.13, at an average price of €4.4646 with daily highs reaching €4.4880 and lows dropping to €4.4460.

The weekly buying round concluded on August 21, 2026, with the purchase of 222,458 shares for €1,007,836.95, reflecting the highest daily average price of €4.5305 alongside a lowest price of €4.5150 and a peak price of €4.5450.
