All the PCR tests but one on 26 people at the Andreas Papandreou air base in Paphos taken have come back negative.
The tests were taken after 26 out of 75 soldiers at the base tested positive on Friday through rapid tests.
It is thought a lab error is responsible for the false positive tests.
Reports on Sunday afternoon said the ministry of defence now had 25 negative results from the 26 tests.
Until Saturday evening, seven of the tests on personnel at the base had come back negative.
All measures were in place at the base as if there had been positive cases.
The whole unit who had been tested had been put in quarantine.
