Beloved in both Greece and Cyprus, singers Alkistis Protopsalti and Michalis Hadjiyiannis are coming together this summer for a series of concerts in Cyprus. Touring Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos, the two singers have prepared a repertoire titled An Embrace of Songs with some of the most well-known hits, favourite pieces and a brand-new songs. Full of positive energy and an uplifting mood, the concerts aim to fill the island’s open-air theatres once more.

The second concert in the capital city is scheduled for Wednesday at Skali Aglantzia with the live music starting at 8.30pm. Their concert series will continue with a performance in Limassol at the Municipal Gardens Theatre on July 2.

The following performance will be in Larnaca at Pattihio Municipal Theatre on July 3 before the concert series concludes its Cyprus tour with a final performance at Kennedy Square in Paphos on July 4. Old-time favourites from the two musicians’ careers will sound at all concerts along with a brand-new song called Lost Winners performed by Protopsalti to Hadjiyiannis’ music and lyrics by Stavros Stavrou.
