Britain will freeze the thresholds for paying income tax until the 2030/31 financial year, according to the Office for Budget Responsibility.
“This Budget extends the freezes of personal tax thresholds for a further three years from 2028-29 to 2030-31,” the OBR said in a document published on its website.
The move is expected to raise 7.6 billion pounds in 2029/30
