Three people aged 31, 29, and 20 were caught driving under the influence of drugs in Paphos late on Tuesday.

According to Paphos CID chief and police spokesman Michalis Nicolaou, the three drivers tested positive to a narcotest during checks to prevent traffic offences late on Tuesday.

Additional samples were taken from the three, which will be sent for examinations to the state laboratory.

Paphos traffic police will continue traffic checks, the announcement added.
