A 23-year-old was arrested in Paphos for cannabis and weapon possession, police said on Tuesday.

According to Paphos police spokesman Michalis Nicolaou, the suspect was found when police stopped the 23-year-old’s vehicle at around 11pm on Monday.

During their investigations, police found a knife and cannabis in the vehicle.

The 23-year-old was arrested and police are continuing their investigations.
