Authorities temporarily closed two lanes on the Nicosia-Limassol motorway following a mechanical failure of a cement mixer. The incident occurred near the GSP Stadium, affecting traffic heading towards Nicosia.

Traffic on the Nicosia-bound section of the motorway returned to normal shortly after 12:30 pm on Wednesday, following the morning disruption.

The incident led to the closure of two lanes earlier in the day, prompting delays for commuters.
