A school bus driver in Paphos tested positive for drugs on Thursday morning after undergoing a test ahead of a school trip.

The police said they had attended the school to conduct “suitability checks” on six buses which were due to take children on a school trip, while also carrying out drug tests on the six drivers.

One driver tested positive, and another driver was called to take the children on the school trip.
