The police on Friday announced the arrest of a sixth man in connection with the finding of drugs and ammunition at a cafeteria in Limassol.
The arrestee is a 43-year-old man who was apprehended at around 6.30pm on Thursday.
The cafeteria had been searched on May 25, with police finding around 540 grams of cannabis, 31 full cartridges of ammunition for 7.65 millimetre and 9mm weapons, and a total of €120,105 in cash.
Five people were arrested on the day of the search, with two of them having been charged in writing and released to appear in court at a later date.
The remaining three, men aged 38 years old, 34 years old, and 18 years old, remain in custody, with their trials set to begin on July 14.
