A 49-year-old man was sentenced to seven years in prison by the Famagusta criminal court on Friday for possessing large quantities of drugs with intent to supply.

According to police, a search of the man’s home carried out by the drug squad (Ykan) on October 19, 2025, uncovered 860 grams of cannabis and 270 grams of cocaine.
