Police arrested four people during overnight patrols across Cyprus as part of operations to prevent crime and maintain public order.
Officers stopped 643 vehicles and checked 810 drivers and passengers.
Police conducted 39 inspections of premises, resulting in eight complaints. Traffic checks led to 322 reports for various offences, including 89 for speeding.
A total of 76 alcohol tests were conducted on drivers, with no positive results recorded. Six vehicles were seized during the operations.
The coordinated patrols aim to deter crime through increased presence, targeted checks, and rapid response measures to enhance public safety, police said.
