A Turkish Cypriot man has reportedly kidnapped his child from its mother’s home in Limassol after illegally crossing from the north, police said on Wednesday.

According to the police, the man crossed from the north and headed to the mother’s residence, where he abducted the child and disappeared to an unknown destination.

Investigations into the case are ongoing.
