Hey kids, you probably hear a lot about leadership qualities and why they’re important. And they are! But like most things… everyone’s perspective on an important quality – in this case leadership – can be a little different.

In this 2016 video, the youth-led organisation AIESEC asked 39,000 young people the question, “what does your ideal leader look like?” and got some pretty astute answers. Which of those answers resonate with you most?
