Damaged electrical appliances and faulty equipment caused a house fire in Limassol on Tuesday.
The fire brigade said the fire broke out at 3.26pm and two fire engines were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters brought the fire under control by 3:50pm.
The tenants were not at home at the time.
Preliminary investigations pointed to damaged electrical appliances and faulty equipment.
The fire brigade responded to 25 incidents between 6am on Tuesday and 6am on Wednesday, including 14 fires, ten special service calls and one false alarm.
