Cyprus is set to shine on the international stage as 15-year-old singer and performer Ciara Economopoulos (Ciarae) travels to Italy to represent the country at the 17th Sanremo Junior World Finals, taking place 14–19 April 2026 at the renowned Teatro Ariston.
A dynamic and multi-talented young performer, Ciarae has already built an impressive artistic profile. She gained valuable stage experience as a dancer in Cyprus’ participation at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024, while continuing to develop her craft across singing, dance, and acting.

Widely recognised as one of the world’s leading platforms for young vocal talent, Sanremo Junior brings together performers aged 6 to 15 from across the globe. Organised by Kismet under the official patronage of the City of Sanremo, the competition offers participants the unique opportunity to perform live, often accompanied by an orchestra, on one of Europe’s most iconic stages, celebrating musical diversity and emerging artistry.
Ciarae’s participation marks an important milestone in her artistic journey, highlighting both her rising potential and the strength of Cyprus’ young creative talent on the international stage.
Looking ahead, Ciara is preparing for the next chapter in her career, with the release of her debut single scheduled for May 2026.
