Two days dedicated to the richness of the Cypriot vineyard are coming up this month as the Nicosia-based BIGA Neapolitan Pizza teams up with Winecore to present the tasteful event, figuratively and literally, Andamoma of Cyprus Wine & Gastronomy.

On April 25 and 26, the downtown venue will fill with 15 local winemakers, all members of Winecore, who will share their wines with the public, sharing their know-how and wine-making artistry through wine tastings and masterclasses.

Apart from tasting wines and learning all about them through specialised industry classes, BIGA will also host a gastromarket, a pop-up food bazaar, if you will, where local suppliers display and sell their Cypriot products. There, you will be able to find vendors Aparthenasa, Eva Bakes Bread, and Beeology, among others, who will sell items such as cured meats, cheeses, bread, olive oil and honey.

Of course, it cannot be a complete event without mouthwatering food options. Tasty bites and Wine & Food Pairing suggestions will be offered from the three restaurants of the Cheimonidis Group: BIGA Neapolitan Pizza, Salt & Fire and O Tatas.

Day one will focus on the masterclasses, led by industry experts, while food is served, music plays and the gastromarket welcomes the public. Day two, from 1pm to 11pm, as the first day, will offer wine tasting stations, DJs, vendors and more food.
