International gaming giant Allwyn AG repurchased 496,449 of its own shares for an aggregate consideration of €6,972,174.76 between August 17, 2026 and August 21, 2026.

The company formally announced the share acquisition on Monday, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme originally disclosed on June 4, 2026.

All open-market transactions were executed on Euronext Athens throughout the five-day trading period.

The buying spree commenced on August 17, 2026, when the firm acquired 80,676 shares valued at €1,107,641.14, representing an average purchase price of €13.7295 per share.

On August 18, 2026, the group stepped up its activity by purchasing 96,388 shares for €1,374,377.21, at the highest daily average price of the week at €14.2588.

The largest single-day volume was recorded on August 19, 2026, with the repurchase of 112,769 shares costing €1,586,558.34, which worked out to an average price of €14.0691 per share.

Trading continued on August 20, 2026, as Allwyn secured 110,985 shares for a total outlay of €1,558,251.60, at an average unit price of €14.0402.

The weekly repurchases concluded on August 21, 2026, with the acquisition of 95,631 shares for €1,345,346.47, reflecting an average price of €14.0681 per share.

Following the completion of these latest stock market purchases, Allwyn now holds 40,026,893 of its own shares in treasury.

The updated total treasury holding represents 4.96 per cent of the company’s total issued share capital.
