In this video, potter Florian Gadsby shows us how he takes buckets of collected leftover clay trimmings to make new material for his future projects.

The process is surprisingly absorbing, as there’s something about the sheen and pliant quality of wet clay that is visually quite soothing – even if the clay is simply being recycled from a separate work.
