On Tuesday initially, the weather will be mostly sunny. From midday onwards, increased cloud cover is expected to bring local rain and isolated storms, mainly in the western half of the island. The winds will be mainly north-easterly weak to moderate, up to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be somewhat rough. Temperatures will rise to 21 C in the interior, on the north and south coasts, 20 C on the remaining coasts and 12 C in the higher mountains.
On Tuesday night the weather will become mostly cloudy with showers and isolated thunderstorms expected and in the higher mountains snow or sleet will fall. Winds will be mainly north to north-easterly, light to moderate up to 4 Beaufort and later locally moderate to strong, up to 5 Beaufort. The sea will gradually become rougher. Temperatures will drop to 10 C in the interior, 13 C on the coast and 4 C in the higher mountains.
On Wednesday, the weather will temporarily be mostly cloudy with local rains and isolated storms, and snow or sleet in the higher mountains. Temperatures are expected to drop, especially in the interior, remaining close to average for the season.
Isolated rains are expected on Thursday, mainly in the east and south, while on Friday the weather will be mostly sunny with a small rise in temperature
