A suspect arrested for an investigated case of theft in Nicosia involving goods valued at €5,000, will be brought before the district court on Wednesday.

The burglary at a residence in Nicosia had been reported to the police on Tuesday and officers arrested a 25-year-old man on the same day, following testimony against him and a quantity of gold found in his possession.

Nicosia CID is furthering the investigation.
