On Sunday, November 17, 2024 thousands of runners will compete in one of the races of the Seventh Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon, one of the country’s most significant sporting events.

Petrolina has proudly supported and “energised” the event since the inaugural year of the Marathon, which stands out for its organisational excellence, while benefitting society and the environment.

For yet another year, the company’s Energy Team—a volunteer group made up of Petrolina employees, service station owners and their families—will participate in the 5km Corporate race, underscoring Petrolina’s commitment to community and teamwork.

The event begins with the Full Marathon (42.195 km), Half-marathon (21.095 km), and 10km Road race, followed by the 5km Road race and 5km Corporate race. The day wraps up with the 1km Fun race for adults and the 1km McDonald’s™ Kids race for children.

The Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon is Cyprus’ first green marathon, and held proudly under the auspices of the Environment and Animal Welfare Commissioner.
