Santa is travelling from afar to spread joy and magical moments this Christmas. The white-bearded man all dressed in red will be in Nicosia this week after being invited by the Finish embassy and Nicosia’s Paramythoupoli, which is where visitors of all ages will be able to find him!

He arrives on Wednesday to check in at Gate 22 Hotel opposite Paramythoupoli downtown at 5pm where visitors can meet with him and take photos for half an hour in the hotel’s festive environment. Straight after, Santa will walk the decorated alleys of the Laiki Geitonia Christmas Village at 5.30pm meeting passersby and enjoying the music, workshops and gift-giving mood of the season.

On Friday and Sunday, Santa will continue his Christmas adventures in the capital city by attending the Paramythoupoli grounds. Old and young will have a chance to meet him and take photos on Friday as he will be at the funfair from 6pm to 10pm while on Sunday he will pay a visit from 4pm to 10pm.

It is not only Nicosia folk who will be lucky enough to meet Santa from Finland. Larnaca Christmas Land will also welcome Santa on Thursday between 6pm and 9pm and again on Saturday between 6.30pm and 9pm.
