The sCyence Fair 2025 is back with a dynamic programme at The Cyprus Institute, offering two days of knowledge, inspiration and fun. Well, it is almost back as there is still a little while to go until its programme entertains, educates and inspires visitors of all ages.
For the first time, the April event will welcome science enthusiasts of all ages. On April 4 and 5, Cyprus’ biggest science festival will be held, inviting the public to explore the world of tomorrow and experience an unforgettable journey into science.
The School Science Competition will be held on day one, where students will have the opportunity to showcase their most imaginative and innovative ideas, enhance their skills, and compete for exciting prizes in three categories. Students from primary, middle and high schools are able to participate. The competition is open to teams of school children aged nine to 18 and is free of charge. Each school may participate with multiple science teams.
On April 5, the Interactive Science Exhibition will open welcoming people from all backgrounds. Students, researchers and all curious minds are welcome to explore the exhibition and share their discoveries.
“Inspiration, creativity and innovation are your ticket to Cyprus’ largest celebration of science,” say organisers. “All participants will automatically enter a special prize draw with three exclusive awards. sCyence Fair 2025 proves once again that science is not just knowledge – it’s creativity, exploration and fun!”
