Flights between Paphos and Israel will be resumed from March onwards. Israeli airline El Al will start operating flights on March 8, followed by Arkia airlines on March 15 and Ryanair on March 30.
“As of now, which may change at any time according to the schedule of the airlines given to Hermes airports, flights between Paphos and Israel are going to start operating again from March 8 onwards,” Hermes airports told the Cyprus Mail on Monday.
Flights between Paphos and Israel had been on hold since the end of January due to unspecified security reasons following an order of the Israeli secret services Shin Bet.
Hermes said no comments could be made with regards to said security concerns.
