Cyprus’ archbishopric this week announced a public tender for the lease and development of two land parcels located in Geroskipou, Paphos.

According to the announcement, the tender was officially launched on April 28, 2025.

The development plan foresees the construction and operation of a five-star hotel with a capacity of 236 beds.

In addition, the project includes two twelve-storey residential towers comprising a total of 122 apartments.
