European financial technology provider payabl. on Monday announced that it will return as a Platinum Partner at Reflect Festival 2025, Cyprus’ largest and most influential event focused on technology and entrepreneurship.

The festival will take place on May, 15–16, 2025, at the newly transformed Kolla Factory in Limassol.

Reflect Festival is set to gather over 10,000 attendees, more than 300 startups, over 250 speakers, and 250 investors from across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

This year’s event will feature five content stages, including the Money Stage, which will be sponsored by payabl.

The Money Stage will host two full days of discussions exploring fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, investment, and the future of financial services.

Key sessions at the Money Stage include “The Checkouts (r)Evolution”, a keynote by Breno Alves de Oliveira, Head of Product at payabl., focused on the transformation of payment experiences through embedded finance, open banking, and artificial intelligence.

“Checkout Cultures” will present a fireside chat on regional payment preferences across the EMEA region, featuring payments strategist Dwayne Gefferie.

“The Future is Borderless” will feature a panel with representatives from Visa, Wargaming, and Bivial AG, examining how to unlock the potential of cross-border payments.

Another major discussion, “Brand Power in Fintech”, will include Exness, Hivebreed, and Esfira Zaka, CMO of payabl., on the rising importance of brand as the next growth driver in the fintech space.

In the session “Scaling Emerging Markets”, Ugne Buraciene, Group CEO of payabl., will join fintech leaders from NBG and Thndr to explore innovations in underbanked regions.

“The New Face of Fraud” will bring together Oleg Stefanets, CRO of payabl., with experts from Mastercard and Bolt to discuss the evolution of fraud tactics.

CTO of payabl., Thekla Paschali, will appear in the “AI in Finance” session to examine artificial intelligence’s real-world impact in fintech, moderated by keynote speaker and author Dave Birch.

Jolita Strasunskaite, Chief People Officer at payabl., will lead a session titled “DEI Without the Politics” on integrating diversity, equity and inclusion into business strategy beyond mere compliance.
