Revolutionary cinema, heartfelt comedies, striking documentaries and more are about to take over the West coast as the Paphos International Film Festival returns. This edition coming up at the end of June will be a triumphant one as the festival celebrates its 10th anniversary. So get ready, cinephiles because outdoor cinema is back.

From June 27 to 29, Technopolis 20 will welcome movie buffs as the screening programme unfolds. In charge of the film nights are festival directors Nicolas Iordanou and Sylvia Nicolaides who, although they have not released the 2025 film selection yet, have shared that the festival will feature “a carefully curated selection of captivating short films from all corners of the world, from comedies to documentaries and everything in between.”

The screenings will commence at 8.45pm every night with free entrance and suitable to 18 years and above. As the films may be from various cultural backgrounds, English subtitles will accompany them.

“Mark your calendars and join us for a cold drink to celebrate 10 years of cinematic experience and good vibes,” says the team. “Immerse yourself in the magic of cinema and experience the power of storytelling in the charming city of Paphos.”
