AAlchemy Ventures hosts its AAlchemy Growth Lab Demo Day on March 9 at the CYENS Centre of Excellence, bringing together founders, investors, and innovation leaders to meet the startups finishing the accelerator program.

The in-person event will begin at 19:00 and will present the progress of companies that have completed the AAlchemy Growth Lab programme.

Attendees will hear startup pitches, gain insight into the accelerator journey, and engage directly with founders and ecosystem stakeholders.

The evening will open with welcome remarks followed by a presentation from the Research and Innovation Foundation Director General Theodoros Loukaidis.

In his keynote “Innovation as Economic Strategy: Cyprus at a New Growth Stage”, the Director General will outline how innovation is evolving from a policy priority into a core economic strategy for Cyprus. He will discuss the shift toward scale, investment readiness, and stronger public–private collaboration, highlighting how the ecosystem is positioning itself for sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.

The CEO and Founder of AAlchemy Ventures Andrey Kostyuk will then present an overview of the AAlchemy Growth Lab, including its collaboration with Founder Institute Cyprus.

The programme will feature startup pitches from participating teams, highlighting their products, progress, and market potential.

The highlight of the evening will be a fireside conversation with Chief Scientist Demetris Skourides moderated by startup journalist Panis Pieri, offering perspective on the future of innovation and startups in Cyprus.

“Demo Day is where ambition meets execution,” said Andrey Kostyuk, founder and CEO of AAlchemy Ventures. “You will see founders who moved from ideas to real traction. Our goal is simple. Help startups build companies that compete globally and strengthen the regional innovation ecosystem.”

The event will conclude with a question and answer session and closing remarks.

Investors, business angels, corporate partners, startup operators, and innovation stakeholders are encouraged to attend.
