Pame Express, the park and ride bus service from GSP stadium into Nicosia, will be suspended as of March 23, due to a continuous shortage of drivers.
Cyprus Public Transport said on Wednesday that efforts were being made to find a solution and restore the service as soon as possible.
The company apologised to its passengers for the inconvenience.
The shortage of drivers is not a new issue.
Last year, business development director for Cyprus Public Transport Alexandros Kamberos had told the Cyprus Mail that as drivers retire, fewer join the fleet. And although remuneration packages are attractive, it takes 18 months and over €3,000 to get a professional driving licence.
