Cypriot travel company Top Kinisis Travel Public Ltd announced on Monday that its board of directors will come together next month to examine its financial performance for the first half of the year.

The board of directors is scheduled to meet on September 23, 2026, to review the unaudited consolidated financial results covering the first six months of 2026.

The upcoming autumn meeting follows the company’s annual general meeting held at its head offices in Strovolos on June 11, 2026.

During that summer gathering, shareholders unanimously approved the consolidated balance sheet and the profit and loss account for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, after reviewing the independent auditors’ report.

Shareholders also endorsed the recommendation of the board of directors to issue a dividend payout of €0.01 per ordinary share, which brought the total distribution to €122,120.11.

The dividend was scheduled for payment on July 24, 2026, to eligible shareholders registered with the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) as of June 26, 2026.

Investors were required to complete their share transactions by the close of trading on June 24, 2026, ahead of the ex-dividend date on June 25, 2026, after which shares were traded on the local bourse without dividend entitlement.

The June assembly also managed corporate governance matters, accepting the formal resignations of Elena Tanou, Constantinos Kakkouras, Nicolaos Pissas, and Panayiotis Papanicolaou before they successfully offered themselves for re-election to the board.

Shareholders fixed board remuneration at €100 per meeting for each member, while setting the fee for the chairman of the board at €150 per session.

The annual general meeting concluded with the re-appointment of audit firm Baker Tilly until the next annual assembly, with the board granted authority to negotiate their professional fees.
