Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd announced this week that its board of directors has approved the appointment of Vera Neoptolemou as the company’s new senior compliance officer with immediate effect.

The decision was finalised during a board meeting held on August 31, 2026.

Neoptolemou will assume responsibility for the company’s obligations as an issuer of securities listed on the regulated market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).

She takes over the CSE compliance role from Constantinos Servos, who previously held the position.

In addition to her exchange oversight duties, Neoptolemou has been named senior compliance officer for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.

She replaces Christos Hadjikyriakou in leading the company’s AML and counter-terrorist financing framework.

Hadjikyriakou will remain with the firm, transitioning into the role of assistant compliance officer.

In his new post, Hadjikyriakou will focus specifically on matters relating to the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC).

The leadership changes take effect immediately following the formal approval by the board of directors.
