Two men arrested in Paphos for illegal drugs

Police in Paphos arrested two people on Monday found to be in possession of illegal drugs.

According to the police, the vehicle driven by a 31-year-old Paphos resident was stopped for a check on Monday at 10:30 pm near the Tombs of the Kings area.

The driver was subjected to a drug test with a positive result, while a quantity of crystal substance as well as cannabis was found in his possession, as well as  in the possession of his 30-year-old passenger.

The vehicle was impounded, while the two men after, being accused in writing, were released to be summoned to court at a later date.
